The Innovation and Technology Advisory Council is established to promote and engage the use technology and innovation in pursing and achieving of building Mbaise into first-class community in a third-world country.

the mission​ 

​1. Create and promote an enabling culture for Innovation and Technological growth in Mbaise. 
 
2. Encourage the emergence of stereotype disruptors and empower them to create sustainable development in a complex environment through innovation and technology.
 
3. Discover and empower existing and potential innovators to meet and catch up with ever changing trends and open them up to sustainable ways to unleash their creativity.
 
4. Create an enabling environment for innovation and creativity to flourish in Mbaise.
 
5. Encourage and facilitate Innovation and Technology Transfer from both Mbaise Diasporas and non-indigenes in a way that adaptation and integration can be possible and productive.
